More than social media — a space to connect, share and inspire.

For me, social media are a natural extension of the way I live and connect with people.

Having lived in different countries and travelled extensively, I’ve always carried a sense of connection with people, places and cultures from around the world. Instagram became one of the ways I could keep those connections alive — and, over time, it became a space where I could also share what inspires me every day.

Here you’ll find glimpses of my life, my work with YogaEmbody, my travels, movement, wellness, nature and the little moments that make life meaningful to me.

I don’t believe in perfection or in creating a life that only looks good from the outside. I believe in presence, curiosity, movement and in finding a balance that feels good from within.

Through my social channels, I simply share what I love, what I’m learning and what I believe in — hoping to inspire you to move, breathe, explore and connect more deeply with yourself and the world around you.
