Yoga Day con Giada a Le Gusciane
Il giorno 26 Aprile 2026 ho voluto provare per la prima volta questa esperienza di Yoga Day presso Le Gusciane a Camaiore immersi in quella meravigliosa cornice all’aperto!
Ho conosciuto Giada la nostra maestra, e’ stata una bellissima emozione. Giada e’ una persona speciale, garbata, sensibile simpatica oltre che molto molto brava. Abbiamo fatto una bella
Lezione di yoga poi ci ha fatto rilassare con il suono delle campane tibetane, stupendo!!
Abbiamo poi condiviso allo stesso tavolo un buon brunch ed è stata un’ occasione di poterla conoscere meglio.
Persona molto preparata appassionata del proprio lavoro che esercita con anima e cuore, assolutamente positiva.
Ripeterò una nuova esperienza yoga con lei alla prossima occasione.
